About Queenie Ramirez

In her role as Karla’s Assistant, Queenie’s day-to-day tasks focus on handling administrative tasks such as organizing, maintaining client relations, and creating marketing campaigns for clients. Queenie also helps with email management and paperwork such as contracts that need to be signed and executed during transactions.

Queenie ensures that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. She believes that the more organized and efficient you are, the more time you will have to spend on important things. She takes pride in her ability to multitask and stay organized, but most importantly, she loves helping others succeed! She knows what it takes to get things completed in a timely manner so that Karla can focus on what matters most: helping more families become homeowners. She loves being an assistant because it allows her to work with people from all over the world. She has been able to meet many intriguing people from different countries through this career who have inspired her in different ways. It's made her feel connected to people on a global scale in ways that have changed her perspective.

Queenie has been working with Karla for a year and it's been one of the best experiences of her life. Karla is someone who really understands what it means to be a leader and help others develop their skills. Queenie has learned so much from Karla over the past year, and she has helped her grow in ways that will have a lasting impact on her career. They've worked together on several projects over this time, and Queenie has seen Karla go above and beyond to ensure that all the clients she’s working with achieved their goals successfully.

Aside from being a virtual assistant to Karla, she is also pursuing her college degree in marketing management at Bicol University. She is currently in her 4th year and is so excited to finally achieve her completion of graduation. In her spare time, she enjoys reading self-help books and her favorite is Atomic Habits by James Clear, spending time with friends and online shopping. She loves spoiling her family with their day-to-day needs and that is her inspiration to do her best in everything.
